Using our own Olive Orchards in Tehama County, California, from which the Olives have won many awards, including the Worlds Largest three times, we have created a new taste sensation. Our Olives and Almonds are grown locally in some of the best soil for Olive and Nut Trees in the United States. Growing, to Harvesting, to Processing are all done within an hour's drive of our store where we Hand-Stuff all our own Olives in full view of our customers.

Soaking ripe olives for 2 minutes in cold water and draining before serving will reduce sodium by 5-6%.
