For those who like it Hot And Crunchy, we have combined the Jalapeno with a Garlic Clove, thus creating a new taste sensation using our own Olive Orchards in Tehama County, California. The Olives form these trees have won many awards, including the Worlds Largest three times. Our Olives are grown locally in some of the best soil for Olive Trees in the United States. Growing, to Harvesting, to Processing are all done within an hour's drive of our store where we Hand-Stuff all our own Olives in full view of our customers.

Soaking ripe olives for 2 minutes in cold water and draining before serving will reduce sodium by 5-6%.
