Available in 5 oz, 10 oz, 20 oz, 40 oz or 80 oz size. For those who love it Hot, this new Tehama Style Habanero Stuffed Olive is the one for you. The Habanero Pepper is one of the most intensely spicy chili peppers in the world. Most Habaneros rate between 200,000 and 300,000 Scoville Units, though some have selectively bred Habanero Plants with a Scoville Unit of 1,041,365. We don't use those, for just that reason. WARNING! If you decide to share these with others, please be sure to tell them they're Hot. All of our Olives are Hand-Stuffed at our Store in full view of our customers.

Soaking ripe olives for 2 minutes in cold water and draining before serving will reduce sodium by 5-6%.
