Available in 5 oz, 10 oz, 20 oz, 40 oz or 180 oz size. These Olives are from our own Orchard in Tehama County, California, the best soil in the United States for Olive Trees. All of our Olives are hand-stuffed at our store in full view of our customers. They are great mixed in a salad or right out of the jar.

Soaking ripe olives for 2 minutes in cold water and draining before serving will reduce sodium by 5-6%.
